• Invite code: We collect the invite code used to register your account.
• Beta feedback: If you participate in our beta program, we collect feedback responses you submit through our feedback forms.
• Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain those communications.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: We log video processing activity including file size, filename, and processing timestamp for the purpose of enforcing subscription limits and monitoring platform health.
• Session data: We use session tokens managed by Supabase for authentication purposes.

1.3 Video Content and Transcripts

Video files you upload are processed solely to deliver the Services. We do not retain your video files or audio data after processing is complete. Transcripts generated during processing are not retained unless you have explicitly opted in to transcript retention for quality improvement purposes. No video content is used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enforce subscription limits and track usage
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Improve the quality and accuracy of our cultural interpretation output (only with your explicit opt-in)

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (AI processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: If Saida Global is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• Video files: Not retained after processing is complete.
• Transcripts: Not retained unless you have opted in.
• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with legal obligations.
• Usage logs: Retained for the duration of your account for subscription management purposes.
• Beta feedback: Retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted authentication via Supabase, secure API key management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
