These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Saida Global ("Saida," "we," "us," or "our") and the services available at saida.global ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy.
Saida is an AI-powered cultural interpretation platform that processes video content to generate multilingual, culturally adapted subtitle outputs. Users upload video files, and Saida returns a new video file with burned-in subtitles in selected languages using artificial intelligence.
Saida is a tool to assist communication. It does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or cultural appropriateness of any interpretation output. Users are responsible for reviewing all output before publication or distribution.
Access to Saida requires a valid invite code and a registered account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party. Each account is for the sole use of the registered user. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@saida.global if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Services or other users.
New users may access a one-time free trial of five (5) video interpretations. Free trial allowances do not reset and are not renewable. Upon exhaustion of the free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Services.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates listed on our pricing page. Annual subscriptions receive a discount equivalent to two months free. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in Section 4.4.
Each subscription tier includes a defined number of video interpretations per billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over to the following period. Video allowances are reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Saida's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Saida in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@saida.global within thirty (30) days of the charge.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Saida a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. We do not retain your video files or transcripts after processing is complete unless you have explicitly opted in to transcript retention.
All intellectual property in the Saida platform, including but not limited to the cultural interpretation methodology, prompt architecture, user interface, and brand assets, is owned by Saida Global. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
Subtitle output generated by Saida is provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring that any output you publish complies with applicable law, including required disclosures. All Saida-processed video must include an "AI interpreted subtitles" disclosure when distributed publicly.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
SAIDA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CULTURAL APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY INTERPRETATION OUTPUT. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND APPROVING ALL OUTPUT BEFORE USE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAIDA GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAIDA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES.
Before initiating any arbitration proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@saida.global. The parties shall engage in good faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first raised.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Saida agrees to pay arbitration fees where required or where fees would otherwise be excessive.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account from hello@saida.global before the update takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
